BookID 108444941
ISBN 8847008212
(see LibraryThing.com card)

My review: 4/5I read and mindmapped the ""process"" and ""organizational design""-oriented parts this morning, but I think that it is the most comprehensive book that I found so far on this subject

Some areas requires either statistical or linear programming knowledge to be fully understood, but also if you skip that ""number crunching"" part, it is still useful to have a comprehensive view of the subject- from strategy to operations, to ""number crunching"" (for planning but also control/monitoring/reporting, e.g. business intelligence and data mining).

Worth buying (additional value added: the Acrobat version is ""watermarked"", i.e. it is a ""honor thing"", not that pesky DRM protection that turns any computer crash into a nightmare).

Personally: being a reference book, I will buy the Acrobat version, as it is more useful to keep it at hand when needed.
