THE AUTHOR

WhoWhat is an approach to support organizational analysis that I designed in the 1990s.

The software tool is built around the "manual" concept , describing the distribution of activities and roles within an organization.

The logic of the application is based on a database logic that I had already developed before, and described here

The "Introduction" section contains a detailed description of the WhoWhat approach- just click on the menu options at the left to receive more information on each perspective.

WhoWhat is focused on producing organizational manuals, either as scenario setting, or as the result of analyzing an organization, usualy to improve the alignment of the informal organization with the formal one.

WhoWhat allows to intuitively review and modify organizational manual, carried out directly by the manual's owner.

The approach is based on gradual refinements, using brainstorming sessions, each focused on specific issues to analyse.
